Tara Pollitt was called to the bar in 2005. She initially practiced at a plaintiff personal injury boutique firm in a variety of areas, including motor vehicle accidents, sexual assault, medical negligence and accident benefits. She has practiced insurance defence since 2008, representing insurers with respect to a wide range of claims. Tara is on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division-Southwest and is the co-author of the Ontario Insurance Law Blog.
